摘要
目的探讨间苯三酚注射液的细菌内毒素定量分析法。方法采用2005年版《中国药典(二部)》中的动态浊度法。结果供试品稀释50倍可以排除干扰,回收率在50%～200%范围内,试验结果与家兔升温法的一致。结论用动态浊度法测定间苯三酚注射液的细菌内毒素含量准确有效。
Objective To study the interference of Phloroglucinol Injection in bacterial endotoxin test and to establish the assay method of bacterial endotoxin by dynamic turbidimetry. Methods Interfering tests for bacterial endotoxin test were used according to China Pharmacopoeia （edition 2005）. Results 1：50 solution of Phloroglucinol Injection showed no inference in the test, and the endotoxin recovery rate was more than 50% and less than 200%. Conclusion Dynamic turbidimetric assay method can be used accurately and effectively to determine quantitively bacterial endotoxin for Phloroglucinol Injection.
