摘要
根据三种实际测量情况进行分析,介绍了在使用激光干涉法测量线纹尺过程中,空气折射率实时修正技术对测量结果的影响与仪器布局和线纹尺安装方式的关系,并得出了相应的结论。
Analyzing three practical measuring situations, this article describes what the real time correcting technology of refractive index of air would have influence on the result of the measurement, and the relationship between the equipment arrangement and the way of line scale installation in the process of line scale measurement in the method of laser interference, and gives the respective conclusions.
