摘要
以酯酶为试剂可以有效地检测有机磷农药的存在,在农残分析中已广泛应用,但目前还没有工业化酯酶产品。本文探讨了冷冻干燥制备植物酯酶干粉的方法,对冷冻干燥中装液厚度、干燥时间和保护剂选择等参数进行了实验研究。结果表明,在干燥过程中,酶液厚度增大会增加干燥时间,但对酶活力无显著影响;添加5%的聚乙二醇可以有效保护酶制剂在冷冻干燥过程中不失活,并且有良好的稳定性。
The method of freeze-drying to producing plantesterase was studied, The results showed that the enzyme active lose during free- drying, when the material thickness increased, the freeze-drying time also increased, but the effect to the enzyme active was not obvious, the enzyme remained active after freeze-drying when 5% PEG was added and the enzyme was stable in storage.
