摘要
比较分析了目前高炉所采用的两种加入含钛物料护炉的方法:长期少量均匀加入法和间断(或长期)大量加入法,并结合梅山1号高炉的护炉实践和停炉后的破坏调查结果,提出了第三种加入含钛物料的方法,即长期适量加入法。
Two common methods of adding Ti-bearing material for protecting hearth and bottom of BF,the small fixed quantity and successive adding method and the large quantity and interval adding method,are analysed.The optimum method of adding Ti-bearing material,proper quantity and successive adding method, is put forward in this paper based on the practice of the No.1 BF' s protecting hearth and bottom by adding Ti-bearing material and the investigation of hearth and bottom damage after blow-off.
