摘要
本文对首钢4号高炉钛渣补炉的炉役进行了破损调研,对炉缸钛沉积物进行了化学、岩相、X 光衍射、电子探针、能谱等分析。确定了钛沉积物的组成是碳氮化钛 Ti(N,C)、α-Fe 和少量石墨。对钛沉积物的某些物理性能进行测定,探讨钛沉积物的形成机理。
The deposit in the B.F.hearth formed by fettling with the TiO_2=containing slag has been in-vestigated by chemical,morphological,X-ray diffraction,EPMA,energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the deposite consists of Ti (N,C),α-Fe and some graphite.The formationmechanism is discussed too.
