摘要
产业类建筑是中国工业文化的重要表征,在改造的过程中,应以量化为原则,通过人口容量和建设容量的测算,进行产业类建筑地段定位,提出相应的产业类建筑改造策略,并采用系统化的方法对产业类建筑及地段进行整体形态控制。
Industrial building is an important element reflecting China＇s industrialization. Its renovation shall be based on quantitative analysis and capacity prediction, and systematic approach shall be introduced to control their general form and the surrounding area.
