摘要
产业类建筑遗存的更新改造策略和方法,日益成为许多中国城市发展中需要面对的问题之一。本文在简述世界范围内该类型建筑改造的发展过程后,归纳出三种改造策略。并结合自身参与的设计,以具体案例深入解读不同类型产业类建筑的更新改造方法。
Design strategies and methods of the renovation of the industrial heritage in the post-industrial period is one of the crucial issues which many Chinese cities have to face to. After a brief introduction of the development of the renovation of the industrial heritage, the paper concluded three kinds of the renovation strategies. In terms of the analysis of practical cases, the author discussed different kinds of the renovation methods for different kinds of the industrial heritage
