摘要
采用现有的基于单一特征量的方法,为了保证保护的可靠性,有时难以兼顾速动性的要求,并且对于弱电源侧发生故障和长输电线末端故障时存在灵敏度不足的缺点。通过分析振荡和故障期间有功变化率的特征,提出了一种基于三相有功变化率的高性能启动算法。仿真实验表明:该算法在纯振荡过程中能够可靠不误动,而在发生故障时能快速可靠启动,实现方便,计算量小,是一种满足高压线路的启动元件。
The existing single method to ensure the reliability of protection is difficult to balance the requirement of the quickness, and it is insufficient sensitive to the failures of weak side power and the long transmission line end. An active start algoritlma based on the rate of three-phase high- performance through analyzing features of the power change rate in fault oscillation period. Simulation shows that the algorithm in pure reliable oscillation process can not be malfunctioned, and in case of failures can realize rapid and reliable start. It needs less computation, the start-up components are suitable for the high-voltage lines.
