摘要
本文介绍一种新型全电子式智能化三相有功复费电度表．该电度表在设计上采用了一些新的思想和技巧，大大简化了测量过程，提高了测量精度．
A new three-phase double fee electronic intelligent watt-hour freter is introduced in this paper. This watt-hour meter adopts some new ideas and techniques on its design. It simplifies the measuring process and increases the measuring precision.
