摘要
采用半合成基础油和国产添加剂 ,研制了轧机油膜轴承油。应用试验表明 ,该油品具有优良的抗磨性、抗乳化性、抗氧化性和防锈抗腐性能 ,其综合性能与MobilVacuoline 533和ShellVitreaM2 2 0相当 。
The rolling-mill film bearing oil was prepared by using half-synthetic base oil and domestic additives.The results showed that the oil exhibited excellent properties of abrasion resistance,emulsion resistance,oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.Its comprehensive properties were similar to those of Mobil vacuoline 533 and Shell Vitrea M220 and could be used to replace the above imported oils.
