摘要
利用转移矩阵法,研究了含负折射率材料的一维光子晶体掺杂后的滤波性质。结果表明,这种结构可以同时实现窄带滤波和大范围宽带滤波的双重功能,宽带滤波的频率范围可以通过改变材料的折射率进行调节。研究还发现,结构的透射谱对入射角的变化很敏感,入射角增大时,通带向高频区移动;当负折射率材料具有色散时,宽通带的高度降低。
The filtering properties of doped one-dimensional photonic crystal containing negative refractive index material are studied by using transfer matrix method. It is found the structure can be used as both a narrow-band filter and a large-scale wide-band filter at the same time. The frequency range of wide-band can be adjusted by changing the refractive index of the materials composed of the doped one-dimensional photonic crystal. Furthermore,it is also found that the transmission spectrum is sensitive to the change of incident angle. When the inddent angle is increased,the pass bands shift to the high fiequency area. When the negative refractive index materials is dispersive,the height of wide-band becomes low.
