摘要
采用非水溶剂还原法制取钒磷氧系流化床微球催化剂 ,用于正丁烷选择氧化制顺丁烯二酸酐 (顺酐 )反应 ,考查了催化剂制备过程中的影响因素 ,借助 XRD和 IR光谱分析研究证实了 ( VO) 2 P2 O7是正丁烷选择氧化的活性相 ,提出 Z型催化剂为较适宜的工业开发催化剂 ,所得正丁烷摩尔转化率为 78% ,顺酐重量收率为 97%。
Vanadiumphosphorusoxygen microspheroidal catalysts,prepared in nonaqueous solvent by reduction method,are used for the selective oxidation of NButane to maleic anhydride in fluidbed.The influence factors of catalytic preparation procedure have been investigated.By means of XRD、IR spectra analysis the research results indicated that the (VO) 2P 2O 7 was active phase of selective oxidationof NButane.It was proposed that the ⅣZ type was optimal catalyst of industrial utilization,the conversion of NButane is 78(mol)%,the yield of maleic anhydride is 97%(w).
