摘要
对正丁烷氧化制顺酐流化床催化剂的颗粒成型进行了研究,在不同类型的粘合剂和喷雾成型的条件下,实验获得了不同颗粒尺寸和粒度分布的流化床催化剂。利用正交实验设计方法探讨了喷雾操作条件对催化反应活性的影响及其变化规律,同时确定了最佳喷零操作条件。研究发现,催化剂颗粒尺寸在20~200μm,平均粒径在70~80μm左右的催化剂对正丁烷流化床催化反应的效果最好。
The study on shape out catalytic particle for the oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride in fluidized-bed was carri(?)d out. Among various types of adhesive and under different spraying conditions, the catalysts with different particle size and size distributions for fluidized-bed were obtained The effects of spraying conditions on catalytic reaction activity, and thereof the change reqularity were studied by using the method of orthogonal experimental design At the same time the optimum procedure of spray shaping was decided. It was found that when the particle size of catalyst is in the range of 20-200μm and the mean particle diameter is about 70—80μm, best result of catalytic oxidation of n-butane in fluid-bed was obtained.
