摘要
目的建立营养性肥胖大鼠动物模型。方法选用出生3~4周龄SD大鼠,用自制并经改进的高脂饲料喂养,分别于喂养后第5周和第7周,观察大鼠体重、身长,计算Lees指数,并与普食组进行平行比较分析。结果喂养7周后,高脂组大鼠体重达到233.8±20.8g,而普食组大鼠仅为167.7±21.5g,Lee指数前者也高于后者(P<0.05);高脂组内脏脂肪重量为33.5±4.6g,高于普食组(15.7±2.8g)(P<0.05)。结论成功建立了SD大鼠肥胖动物模型,为肥胖等代谢综合征相关疾病的研究提供了研究平台。
Objective To establish a SD rat model of obesity. Methods 20 rats aged 3~4w were randomly divided into two groups, the rats in obesity group were fed with high-fat diet for 7w, and those in control group with ordinary diet. The body weight, body length, Lee index and visceral fat weight were measured at the time of 5w and 7w post-fed, respeotively. Results The weight of rats in model group were 233.8±20.8g at 7w post-fed, much higher than that of normal control group which were 167.7±21.5g. (P〈0.05). Lee index of model group were also higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Significantly increased visceral fat were also observed in model group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Successfully establish the high-fat diet induced SD rat obesity model which provide the platform for obesity and metabolic syndrome (MS) related studying.
