摘要
本文阐述了书目控制的含义及网络环境下实行描述控制和检索控制的主要内容,简要介绍了DOI技术的特点和现有应用情况,并以此提出通过建立MARC和DC之间的映射关系,实现网络环境下的描述控制和检索控制,且提出了实现描述控制和检索控制的实现算法。
This article introduces the definition of bibliographic control and the content of the network description control and retrieval control. Then, it briefly introduces the characteristic of DOI and the applying situation. The article has established the corresponding relation between MARC and DC by method with DOI, realizes the network description control and retrieval control and designs algorithm.
