摘要
清代民族政策是清代政策体系的一个重要组成部分,在康雍乾时期,清政权采取了适当宽容和尊重的政策来对待回回民族及其伊斯兰教,有较大的变化和发展。对三朝民族政策的实施及其变化,解读当时回民的境遇,以祈提供历史借鉴。
National policy is an important constituent of Qing Dynasty policy systems,in the time of Kang Yong Qian,the Qing government adopted tolerant and respectable policy to treat Hui nationa and its Islam,made it have a bigger change and development,unified the national policy implement of Kang Yong Qian and understood Hui person＇s circumstances. This not only provided the model for today＇s government ,but also had the profound inspiration function to the Hui national development.
