喉癌组织中eIF-4E、p53、ras和c-myc的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨eIF-4E、p53、ras和c-myc在喉癌原发灶的表达及意义。【方法】对42例临床分期为Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的喉癌患者行手术治疗,采用免疫组化方法检测其喉癌原发灶标本eIF-4E、p53、ras和c-myc表达。【结果】所有标本中,eIF-4E全部表达阳性,p53阳性24例,ras阳性17例,c-myc阳性14例。原发灶eIF-4E、c-myc、ras和p53的表达与患者年龄、性别、临床分期、病变部位和病理分级、肿瘤复发、吸烟史和术后放疗史等临床特征无统计学意义:c-myc或ras阳性组喉癌标本elF-4E呈高表达。【结论】喉癌原发灶eIF-4E、c-myc、ras和p53的表达与各临床特征无关。eIF-4E的表达与c-myc和res有关,后者可能是其上游基因,调控前者的表达。
