摘要
目的观察防风通圣丸联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法将79例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组。治疗组43例,口服氯雷他定10mg,每日一次,防风通圣丸6g,每日2次,连服3周;对照组36例,口服氯雷他定10mg,每日1次,连服3周。治疗结束后3个月观察两组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为90.7%,对照组有效率72.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见明显不良反应。结论防风通圣丸联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好且安全性高,可供临床应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Fangfengtongsheng pill combining loratadine in the therapy of chronic urticaria. Methods 79 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divined into 2 groups. The therapy group has 43 patients, the control group has 36 patients. The patients in the therapy group took loratadine 10mg Qd and Fangfengtongsheng pill 6g Bid; the patients in the control group took loratadine 10mg Qd. The course is 3 weeks. In 3 months after the therapy course ending, the curative effect and safety were observed. Results the effective rate of the therapy group is 90.7%, the control group is 72.22%, no obviously adverse effect was observed. Conclusions Fangfengtongsheng pill combining loratadine has better curative curative effect and safety.
