摘要
经济增长、资源短缺、环境保护之间相互制约的三重困境,已经成为一个全球性的问题,同样也是我国社会发展亟需解决的命题。实施可持续发展战略是人类发展走出三重困境的战略选择,因此把垃圾变为资源,发展静脉产业、构建好城市静脉产业链,无疑具有重大的现实意义。
Economic growth, Resource shortage and Environmental protection have been composed of the mutual restraint triple difficult position which has already become a global problem. It is also the proposition that need to be resolved in China＇s economic and social development. Sustainable development strategy is the strategy choice which help human piling out triple difficult position. So, the rubbish resource utilization, vein industry＇s development and the construction of vein industrychain have significant strategic and practical meaning.
