摘要
对富民枳Poncirus polyandra茎段分别采用MS+不同浓度的6-BA和NAA植物激素进行分化培养,结果表明,MS培养基6-BA浓度为1.0mg.L-1,NAA浓度为2.56mg.L-1时富民枳茎段生长、分化、愈伤情况最佳。
MS + different densities of 6-BA and NAA plant hormone respectively were adopted to culture stem parts of Poncirus polyandra. The result indicated that 1.0 mg· L^-1 density of 6-BA and 2.56 mg· L^-1density of NAA were optimum to stem parts' growth, differentiation and coalescence of Poncirus polyandra.
