摘要
综述近年来榆属几种常见树种组织培养的研究进展,包括材料的选取与处理、培养基的选择与调节、影响榆树组织培养的物理因素、化学因素以及生根问题等,展望今后其组织培养的研究趋势。
The research progress of common ulmus species tissue culture in recent years were reviewed, including materials selection and treatments, the selection of mediums and adjustments, physical and chemical factors that have impacts on ulmus tissue culture, striking root problems, and others. Finally, the research trend of ulmus tissue culture in the future was predicted.
