摘要
为了明确板栗最佳施肥种类,以大板红为试验材料,测定其各项理化指标,结果表明:不同肥料处理的板栗其单粒质量、还原性糖含量、维生素C含量的差异不显著;施用化肥的板栗其碳水化合物含量高,而施用有机肥的板栗其蛋白质含量和干物质含量高;施用化肥的板栗其品质综合评分的高低按所施肥料名依序为硫酸钾>北京科蕊>撒可富,施用有机肥的板栗其品质综合评分的高低按所施肥料名依序为猪粪>牛粪>羊粪>人粪>鸡粪>火粪>绿肥;施用化肥的板栗其品质优于施用有机肥的;施用的化肥以硫酸钾为最好,而施用的有机肥料以猪粪为最好。
