摘要
利用湖北省1985～2003年的时间序列数据，检验数据的平稳性、因果关系。研究发现，政府公共投资可以成为农村经济增长的Granger原因，反之却不成立。增加公共投资能够显著促进农村经济增长，而当前农村公共投资的薄弱则启示政府应继续加大对三农的投资和支持力度。
Time-series data of Hubei province in 1985 - 2003 were used to check up the data＇ s stability and causality. The results found that government public investment could become the Granger reason that caused rural econolnie growth, while the converse conclusion was not tree. The research results al so showed that increasing public investment could significantly promote rural economic growth, while the weak rural public investment suggested that government should increase the investment and support to ＂Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant＂.
