摘要
高等职业教育培养的是知识经济时代的高技能人才,必须适应新型工业化道路的需要,符合先进生产力发展的要求。经过多年的实践,我们体会到走工学结合之路是实现这一目标的有效措施之一,也是我们创建示范性高职高专的必由之路,只有办出特色,提高质量,才能够走在前头,做发展的模范、改革的先锋。目前,在我们还不具备很强的科技创新能力,专业建设上尚缺乏明显亮点与优势,行业影响力还不够大的条件下,我们认为应该将工学结合工作的重点首先放在人才培养上。
The vocational college education brings up high -tech personnel, so it must adapt to the need of new industrialization and advanced productivity. The combination of work and study is one of the effective measures to realize this aim and the only way to create model higher vocational colleges. Because our science, technology and innovative ability are not strong enough, and specialties are short of advantages, thus the key of the combination of work and study is to train capable talents.
