摘要
目的研究中药灯盏花中总黄酮及微量元素的含量,为治疗心脑血管疾病的机理提供科学的依据。方法采用醇提法提取灯盏花中总黄酮,紫外分光光度法测定药物中总黄酮的含量,测定吸收波长为λ=510 nm;采用HNO3-HC lO4湿法消化,原子吸收分光光度法测定钾、钙、钠、镁、铁、铜、锌、锰、镍9种微量元素的含量。结果测定结果显示,灯盏花中含有丰富的微量元素和黄酮类化合物,微量元素含量较高的是铁、铜、锰元素。结论实验结果为研究中药灯盏花中黄酮类化合物与微量元素在治疗心脑血管疾病中的作用机制,为临床合理应用和开发中药灯盏花提供了有用的数据。
Objective Clinical studies indicated that the flavone and trace elements play a beneficial role to maintaining the cardio- cerebral vascular system functions. The contents of flavone and trace elements in Erigeron Breviscapus（Vant） Hand. -Mazz were determined to study the basis of the effect that the flavone and trace elements in Chinese herbal medicines with cardio - cerebral vascular diseases . Methods The flavone in Erigeron Breviscapus （Vant）Hand. -Mazz was extracted by alcohol and the content of flavone was determined at the wavelength of 510nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The contents of nine trace elements and constant elements in Erigeron Breviscapus （ Vant ） Hand. - Mazz, including potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese and nickel were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the sample was treated with HNO3 - HClO4. Results The results showed that there were comparatively rich trace elements and flavone, among which are comparatively high iron, copper and manganese in Erigeron Breviscapus （Vant） Hand. - Mazz . Conclusion It provided useful data for discussing the basis of effect the content of flavone and the trace elements cure for cardio - cerebral vascular diseases in Erigeron Breviscapus（Vant） Hand. -Mazz and for using Erigeron Breviscapus（Vant） Hand. -Mazz in clinical studies.
