摘要
区域经济合作是目前世界经济中一个极为重要的发展模式,其中,中国与东盟之间的合作更是发展迅速。为了进一步推动中国——东盟自由贸易区的发展,应建立完善的争端解决机制。在分析《中国——东盟全面经济合作框架协议争端解决机制协议》特点的基础上,借鉴了欧盟、NAFTA中争端解决机制的相关规定,为完善中国——东盟自由贸易区争端解决机制提出一些建议。
Regional economic cooperation is an extremely important development mode in current global economy. The cooperation between China and ASEAN develops rapidly. In order to further promote the development of China-ASEAN free trade areas, the dispute settlement mechanism should be perfected. On the basis of analysis of Dispute Settlement Mechanism Agreement for China- ASEAN Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation, according to the related provisions in dispute settlement mechanism of European Union and NAFTA, some suggestions are presented for perfecting dispute settlement mechanism of China-ASEAN free trade areas.
