摘要
在界定人力资源管理行为和绩效概念的基础上,分析了人力资源管理行为与绩效的显著性、非线性、反馈、间接作用关系,并从规范、整合、执行与反馈,制定"个性化"人力资源管理行为四个方面提出了提高人力资源管理绩效的措施。
On the base of definiting human resource management action and performance, the paper analyses the relationship of distinctness, non- linear, feedback, indirection which human resource management action and performance have, from four aspects of regulating, uniting, performing and feedbacking, establishing individual human resource management action,put forwards the proposal of improving human resource management performance
