摘要
当今全球经济一体化、知识经济的趋势下,人力资源已成为企业取得和维系竞争优势的关键性资源,但是,要将人力资源从潜在的生产能力转化为现实的生产力,进而转化为人力资本,就必须加强人力资源的开发与管理。企业人力资源资本化将会为企业带来更丰厚的利润并节约企业的经营成本;一个企业只要将人力资源、物质资本、教育培训、人员激励、企业文化建设等手段有效配合起来,就可以大大提高企业劳动生产率,将人力资源真正转变为人力资本,才能为企业创造更多的财富,使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。
Under the trend of global economic integration and knowledge economy,human resources have become vital resources for enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantage.However,to transfer human resources from potential productivity to real productive forces,further to human capital,the development and management of human resources must be strengthened.The capitalization of human resources of enterprises will bring huge profits to enterprises and save management cost.Integrating human resources,material capital,education and training,employee motivation,corporate culture construction effectively will improve labour productive power greatly,change human resources to human capital completely and create more fortunes for enterprises so that the enterprise can win in the market competition.
