摘要
用江西二倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴20、40和80个经口感染小鼠,应用酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶染色法观察感染前后及肌注转移因子后外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群的变化。结果表明:小鼠感染早期T淋巴细胞略有升高,随后减少,轻、中、重感染组减少时间依次推后,降低水平与感染度不相关(P>0.05)。从感染第4d起,辅助性T细胞(Th)和抑制性T细胞(Ts)呈反向变化,前者减少,后者稍增,Th/Ts比值4周后降至最低水平;肌注转移因子后,第1、2周T淋巴细胞减少,第3周末恢复正常,重复感染亦出现类似的变化,而Th/Ts比值一直处于正常水平;应用转移因子后,检虫率下降(P<0.05)。研究表明卫氏并殖吸虫对宿主细胞免疫功能具有抑制作用,而转移因子可阻止此作用,增强宿主的免疫功能。
Mice were inoculated with 20, 40 and 80 metacercariae of P. westermani respectively by oral routes. Acid α naphthyl esterase(ANAE) was used to identify the T lymphocytes and their subpopulations in peripheral blood of mice before and after infection and after injection with transfer factor. Results are summarized as follows:(1)T lymphocytes increased slightly during the early period after infection, and then started to decrease( P <0.05). The decreasing time of the slightly, mediately and heavily infected group was postponed accordingly. The decreases did not correspond with the number of metacercariae. (2)T helper cells(T h) decreased and T suppressor cells(Ts) increased on the 4th day after infection, causing a drop of the T h/Ts ratio, which dropped to the lowest level on the 4th week after infection. (3)T lymphocytes decreased during the first two weeks after the infected group were injected with transfer factor, then returned to normal by the 3rd weekend after infection, and maintained stable until the end of observation. Similar changes were observed in the re infected group. However, the T h/Ts ratio remained normal throughout the period examined(P>0.05). (4)The recovery rate of worms in the group dropped with TF injection (P<0.05). The present results suggested that cellular immunity was suppressed in mice infected with Paragonimus westermani while TF can reduce the inhibition and enhance the cellular immunity.
