摘要
利用超弱发光方法对具有不同脂肪氧化酶同工酶缺失体的大豆种子进行整体水平上的测试,跟踪测量了在种子吸涨到萌动以及发芽的全过程中大豆种子超弱发光的变化,并且测定了它们的发光谱线。探索用发光强度鉴别是否有缺失Lox3异型材料的可能性和有效性;同时通过超弱发光发射光谱的差异来进一步研究不同大豆种子Lox缺失体的差异;试图开辟一条研究Lox生理意义的新途径。
We used ultraweak bioluminescence (UWL) to analyze the soybean seeds lacking lipoxygenase (Lox) isozymes and detect their ultraweak ligth emission spectrum. The changes in ultraweak bioluminescence intensity and spectrum during germination of soybean seeds were studied UWL intensity and emission spectrum reflected the relationship between UWL and Lox. It is possible to detect soybean seed lacking L-3 by UWL intensity. Moreover, discussion is shown here on the physiological change during germination. This work may help us to research the physiology role of lipoxygenase.
