摘要
从土样中分离获得的链霉菌SO1菌株在产酶培养基中,28℃振荡培养7天,其胞外几丁质酶活力可达1809u/ml。实验表明,不同碳、氮源及诱导物对SO1菌株产几丁质酶有不同的影响,以酵母粉对产酶的促进作用最为明显,比对照提高了75.2%。部分脱乙酰几丁质、胶体几丁质及几丁质均可作为SO1菌株产几丁质酶的诱导物,其中以几丁质诱导产酶的效果最好。
The chitinase activity of Strptomyces sp.SO1 which was obtained from soil could reach 1809u/ml after SO1 was cultivated in the shaker for 7 days at the temperature of 28℃.It was showed that different inducers,carbon and nitrogen sources had different impacts on SO1 strain.Yeast powder was the most distinctive factor,which enhanced the enzyme activity by 75.2% compared with the comparison.Partial deacetyl chitin,collodial chitin could be used as the inducers of SO1 strain for the production of chitinase.Among them,chitin was the best inducer.
