摘要 从来源、粒径、密度及改性4个方面对国内外试验研究中废橡胶集料的种类进行了总结和分析。对橡胶集料掺用方法及其对新拌混凝土(砂浆)和易性、含气量和对硬化混凝土(砂浆)表观密度、抗压强度、抗折强度、劈拉强度的主要研究结论进行了综述和分析。阐明了橡胶集料引起水泥基材料力学性能降低的机理和改善橡胶集料水泥基材料力学性能的方法。 The types of the waste rubber aggregates adopted by the domestic and overseas testing researches are summarized and analyzed from four aspects of source, grain size, density and modification. The incorporating methods of the rubber aggregate, the influence of rubber aggregate on wokability and air content of the fresh concrete (mortar) and the main researching conclusions about the influence of rubber aggregate on apparent density, compres- sive strength, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of hardened concrete (mortar) are reviewed and analyzed. The mechanism of rubber aggregate decreasing the mechanical properties of the cement based materials and the methods of improving the mechanical properties of rubber aggregate cement based materials are also clarified.
