摘要
为研究聚合物对橡胶混凝土性能的改善作用,比较了不同橡胶掺量的聚合物改性混凝土路用性能。通过密度、抗折强度、抗压强度及劈裂强度试验,分析了掺聚合物的橡胶混凝土基本力学性能及物性的变化规律,并通过冲击试验分析了混凝土的抗冲击韧性;参照混凝土抗折强度试验方法,研究了掺聚合物的橡胶混凝土的粘结性能;采用噪声仪及超声波仪分析了橡胶混凝土的减振降噪效果。结果表明:替代粗集料的橡胶体积分数不超过30%时,可获得路用性能及减振降噪效果较优的橡胶混凝土路面材料。
In order to study performance improvement effect of rubberized concrete incorporated with polymer,pavement performances of polymer modified concrete with volume fractions of different rubber particles were compared.Through tests of density,flexural strength,compressive strength,indirect tensile strength of rubberized concrete,variation laws of basic mechanical properties and physical characteristics of rubberized concrete with polymer were studied.Impact toughness of rubberized concrete by impact test was analyzed.Referred to the experiment method of flexural strength of concrete,bonding performance of rubberized concrete with polymer was investigated.Through noise instrument and ultrasonic instrument,vibration and noise reduction effects of rubberized concrete were studied.The results show that when volume fraction of rubber particles does not exceed 30 percent of aggregate,the excellent pavement performance and the effect of noise reduction of rubberized concrete for concrete pavement material can be attained.
