钻井液振动筛性能参数的虚拟测试系统 被引量:4

VIRTUAL TESTING SYSTEM FOR PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS OF DRILLING FLUID SHALE-SHAKER

摘要 钻井液振动筛的工作性能是与其动态性能参数紧密相关的,国家标准规定每台出厂的振动筛必须进行动态试验,经检测合格方可出厂。为此,应用LabVIEW软件开发了钻井液振动筛性能参数的虚拟测试系统。该系统由传感器、信号放大器、数据采集卡、虚拟仪器等组成,可完成振动信号实时采集、处理和分析。对SDZS型钻井液振动筛的动态性能参数进行了测试和分析,结果表明该系统性能可靠、操作简便、易维护,如增加部分仪器,该系统还可用于机械设备的故障诊断、结构动态分析、机械阻抗的测量等。 The operating performance of a drilling fluid shale-shaker is closely related to its dynamic performance parameters.The corresponding national standard stipulates that each shale-shaker must pass through dynamic tests before ex-works.So this study developed a virtual testing system for testing the performance parameters of the shale-shaker by using the 1-ab-VIEW software.The system was made up by a transducer,a signal amplifier,a data acquisition board,and virtual instruments,etc.The virtual instruments could help realize real-time data acquisition,processing and analysis of vibration signals.After the testing and analysis of dynamic parameters of SDZS type drilling fluid shale-shaker were carried out by the system,this study demonstrated that the virtual system possessed advantages of higher performance,convenient manipulation,and easy maintenance.If other instruments are added,this system can also be used in the fields of trouble-shooting,dynamic analysis of structures,and measurement of mechanical impedance.
