摘要
目的:观察蛇床子素(Ost)和蛇床子总香豆素(Tcr)对肾阳虚模型大鼠和正常鼠学习记忆成绩和神经肽水平的影响。方法:用醋酸氢化可的松复制肾阳虚大鼠模型,以Ost和Tcr给模型鼠和正常鼠用药。用跳台试验法测定大鼠学习记忆成绩,并用放射免疫法测定大鼠下丘脑和血浆中精氨酸升压素(Argipresin,AP)和生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)的含量。结果:肾阳虚组与正常组比较,学习记忆成绩明显下降(P<0.01),AP降低而SS升高(P<0.01);肾阳虚动物用药后学习记忆成绩提高(P<0.01),AP升高而SS下降(P<0.01)。但正常动物用药后,上述指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Ost和Tcr对模型鼠有补肾壮阳作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of osthol (Ost) and total coumarins(Tcr) of Cnidium monnieri on the grade of learning and memory (GLM) and neuropeptides in the Kidney Yang dificiency rats and the normal rats. Methods:Rats were injected intraperitoneally with hydrocortisone acetate to replicate the model of Kindey Yang deficiency. Ost and Tcr were administered orally to the model and normal rats. The GLM of rats were tested by the method of step test , and the contents of argipressin(AP) and somatostatin ( SS) in hypothalamus and plasma were determined by the method of RIA.Results: Compared with those in normal rats, GLM and the level of AP lowered significantly (P<0.01), while the content of SS increased obviously (P<0.01) in model rats. Ost and Tcr could notably raise the GLM and the level of AP, and lower the content of SS in model rats, but had no significant effects on normal rats. Conclusion: Ost and Tcr have the effects of reinforcing Kidney Yang on model rats but showed no effects on normal rats.
