摘要
目的探讨Survivin及瘦素(Leptin)在子宫肌瘤中的表达意义及其相关性。方法用免疫组化SP法、SABC法和图像分析技术分别检测45例正常子宫肌层组织和45例子宫肌瘤组织中的Survivin、Leptin的表达情况。并对二者的表达行Spearman等级相关分析。结果Survivin、Leptin在子宫肌瘤中的阳性表达率(80.0%,64.4%)明显高于在正常子宫肌层组织的表达(17.8%,40.0%),差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),且子宫肌瘤组织Survivin和Leptin的表达强度呈正相关(r=0.964,P<0.01)。结论Survivin、Leptin可能在子宫肌瘤细胞的增殖和凋亡中起协同作用,共同参与子宫肌瘤的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of survivin and leptin in the uterine leiomyoma （UL）. Methods Immunohistochemical technique （S-P）, SABC and image analysis were used to detect the survivin and leptin expression in 45 cases of normal myometrium （NM） and 45 cases of UL. Results The positive expression rate and intensity of leptin and survivin in UL were significantly higher than in NM. Conclusion The abnormal expression of survivin and leptin may play an important role in the apoptosis and proliferation of UL cells. Both survivin and leptin are associated with the pathogenesis and development of UL.
