摘要
社会主义新农村是经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和党的建设协调推进的新农村,是富裕、民主、文明、和谐的新农村。精神文明建设是建设社会主义新农村的重要组成部分。乡风文明是建设社会主义新农村的精神支柱。要促使乡风文明,必须提高农民的精神境界,培养农村良好的道德与信仰。为此,要重视普及和提高农村教育,改善农民的生产方式和生活方式,完善农民的思维方式和道德价值观念,充分发挥农村道德教育和道德监督职能。
The socialism new countryside is pushed forward moderately by the economic development, the political construction, the cultural construction, the social construction and party＇s construction, and is wealthy, democratic, civilized and harmonious. The spiritual civilization is the important constituent in the construction of the socialism new countryside. The local custom civilization is the spiritual prop of it. To improve the local custom civilization, the farmer~ spiritual boundary must be enhanced, and good morals and belief should be trained in the countryside. Therefore, we must value, popularize and enhance the rural education, improve farmerg production method and the life style and consummate farmerg thinking mode and the moral value. Also, we should exertive fully countryside moral education and the moral surveillance function. Besides, we must deal with the relation of efficiency and the social fair correctly.
