摘要
用回归正交设计法对JC/Modal 60/40 23.5 tex(N88 dtex)赛络纺包芯纱的纺纱工艺进行了优化,确定了芯丝预牵伸张力对成纱质量的影响明显大于细纱捻系数,制定了成纱综合性能最佳时的芯丝预牵伸张力和捻系数。
Technology in siro spinning JC/Modal 60/40 23.5 tex ( N88 dtex) polyamide filament-core yam is optimized by the way of orthogonal design. It is settled that the affect of pre-drawing tension of core-filament on the formed yam quality is more than that of twist factor. And a best multiple pre-drawing tension of core-filament and twist factor of the formed yam is thus defined in the article.
