摘要
对纺制13.1 tex涤纶包芯线生产中影响包芯纱质量的几个细纱工艺参数,如捻度、后区牵伸倍数和粗纱捻系数等,采用正交试验法进行了多因素优选分析,找出了最佳细纱工艺参数,大大改善了成纱质量。
In this paper the parameters such as twist, ~aft and twist factor of roving which affect the quality of 13.1 tex core spun yarn of polyester are analyzed through experiments, and on this base, optimized parameters for producing the core spun yarn of polyester are obtained.
