环氧合酶-2 mRNA在结肠癌组织表达的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)在结肠癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法采用原位分子杂交方法检测63例结肠癌、22例结肠腺瘤、23例正常结肠粘膜组织中COX-2 mRNA的表达。结果COX-2 mRNA在结肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠粘膜组织中的表达阳性率分别为74.60%、72.73%、34.78%,癌及腺瘤组表达阳性率明显高于正常组,P<0.001。结肠癌组COX-2 mRNA的表达阳性率与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型等因素差异无统计学意义P>0.05,随着分化程度的升高其阳性表达率也升高,且有统计学意义P<0.05;另一方面也可见到当结肠癌已突破浆膜、有淋巴结转移和血管有浸润及远处有转移时组织中的阳性率虽高于未然组,但未见有统计学意义。结论COX-2虽参与了结肠肿瘤的发生、发展,却远非结肠癌恶变的早期指标。 Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of COX-2 mRNA in colon adenocarcinoma.Methods In situ hybridization technique was used to detect the expression of COX-2 mRNA in 63 colon adenoeareinoma,22 colon adenomas and 23 normal colon tissues. Results COX-2 mRNA expressions were detected in 47 of 63 colon adenoeareinomas, 16 of 22 colon adenomas and 8 of 23 normal colon tissues. The positive rate is 74.60% ,72.73 % .34.78% respectively. It was noticed that the expression of COX-2 was not significantly different in sexes, ages, tumor sizes, tumor infihmtion, lymphoid tissue metastasis and different tumor stages. Conclusion Although COX-2 is related to the tumorigenesis of colorectal cancer, it could hardly be considered as the "immediate early response gene "of colon adenoearcinoma.
