摘要
提升企业核心竞争力是促进烟台经济发展、建设胶东半岛制造业基地的重要环节。利用外资并购有利于提升烟台企业核心竞争力。烟台企业应借助地域优势,吸引日、韩、欧美等国的外资并购,明确外资并购的产业导向,组建跨地区公司,引进先进技术,提高企业技术创新能力。
Promoting the core competitiveness of the enterprises is the important link of promoting Yantai economic development and constructing Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing base. Using merger and acquisition of foreign capital is helpful for promoting the core competitiveness of Yantai enterprises. Yantai enterprises should attract the foreign capital M＆A from Japan, Korea, Europe and America, etc. , with the help of regional advantage, clearly define the industry guide by foreign capital M＆A, set up the large-scale companies which cross different regions, introduce the advanced technique and promote the ability of technique renovation.
