摘要
通过对中西医结合临床医学在国内外发展现状分析,建议中西医结合住院医师培养应在综合考虑国内外医学发展趋势、中西医结合人才培养和学科发展特点的基础上尽快建立。根据培养前受训医师水平,初步规范住院医师培养周期3～5年,明确培养要求,逐渐推广和完善标准化培养制度,早日与国际毕业后教育及住院医师培养制度接轨。
Through an analysis of clinical medicine development situation of integrated Western and Chinese both home and abroad, this paper suggests that training residents of integrated Western and Chinese medicine should be based on consideration of medical development tendency both home and abroad as Well as characteristics of professional training and subject development of integrated Western and Chinese medicine. Judging from pretraining level, resident training lasts 3-5 years. Training objectives are clearly set up. Standard training systems will be gradually promoted and perfected so as to match international systems of post-graduate education and resident training.
