摘要
企业家战略执行能力无疑是决定企业战略执行绩效的重要因素之一。对204位中小民营企业家的实证研究表明,企业家战略执行能力及其三个维度都对企业的战略执行绩效有显著的正向影响,这三个维度对企业的战略执行绩效的作用强度从大到小依次为建立战略共识能力、实施战略控制能力和推动战略协同能力,企业家战略执行能力存在短缺的维度数量越多,企业战略执行绩效的下降程度越大。因此,企业家通过改善其战略执行能力的三个维度可以有效提升企业战略执行绩效;改善的先后顺序依次为建立战略共识能力、实施战略控制能力和推动战略协同能力;同时改善的存在短缺的维度数量越多越有利于企业战略执行绩效的改善。
Entrepreneurial strategic executing competencies are no doubt one of the most important determinants of enterprise＇s strategic executing performance. An empirical study of 204 private SMEs＇ entrepreneurs suggests that entrepreneurial strategic executing competencies and their three dimensions take significantly positive effects on enterprise＇s strategic executing performance, and the priorities of the effects of these three dimensions on the enterprise＇s strategic executing performance according to their importance are as follows： strategic consensus building competencies, strategic control implementing competencies and strategic synergy advancing competencies. As the numbers of the shortage of the dimensions of entrepreneurial strategic executing competencies increase, enterprise＇s strategic executing performance goes down rapidly. Therefore, by improving the three dimensions of their strategic executing competencies, entrepreneurs can promote enterprises＇ strategic executing performance The priorities of the improvement of the three dimensions of entrepreneurial strategic executing competencies are as follows： strategic consensus building competencies, strategic control implementing competeneies and strategic synergy advancing competencies. With the increase in the number of the dimensions of entrepreneurial strategic executing competencies which are short and need to be improved, the improving degree of the enterprise＇s strategic executing performance will be greater.
