影响三相循环流化床蒸发器传热性能的因素分析

摘要 论述了三相循环流化床蒸发器用于中药大黄浸提液的蒸发浓缩,对蒸发温度、物料流量、惰性粒子体积分率、传热温差以及物料浓度等影响三相循环流化床蒸发器传热性能的主要因素进行了分析,对此类流化床的实际应用有一定的实际意义。 In this article, R. Officinal Baill liquid was taken as experiment medium, and the condition was studied that inertia particles heat transfer coefficient of fluidized bed evaporator. We obtained the equation, which explains the correlation in the rube between the liquid flow rate, evaporating temperature, temperature difference of transfer, concentration of R. Officinal Baill liquid and concentration of particle concentration. The curve picture was regressed between the heat transfer coefficients of common evaporator.
