摘要
为了改善无机水合盐三水醋酸钠储热材料的导热系数,可以加入一定量的高导热系数的膨胀石墨。采用稳态平板法测定了含不同体积分率膨胀石墨的复合相变储能材料的导热系数,经过比较分析,储热材料加入膨胀石墨后,导热系数明显改善,10%体积分率的膨胀石墨能将以三水醋酸钠为储热基质的储热材料的导热系数提高一倍;固态储热材料的导热系数随温度上升,变化幅度不大,在实际贮能工程计算中可作常数处理。
In order to improve the thermal conductivity of sodium acetate trihydrate,a certain amount of high thermal conductivity graphite can be added.Steady-state plate method was used to mensurate the thermal conductivity of composite phase change materials which contains expanded graphite of different volume fraction.After a comparative analysis,the thermal conductivity of heat storage material was improved significantly when adding expanded graphite.And it's thermal conductivity will be nearly double when adding 10% volume fraction of expanded graphite.The thermal conductivity of solid heat storage material with changed slightly when temperature rise.It can be treated as a constant in the actual calculation of energy storage projects.
