摘要
研究中药复方银苓Ⅰ号对铅中毒小鼠肝、肾损害的改善作用。小鼠自由饮用0.2%醋酸铅溶液造模,实验组分别予银苓Ⅰ号和EDTANa2Ca治疗,监测治疗后血液、肝、肾铅含量。并利用透射电镜技术观察肝、肾细胞的超微结构。结果表明:银苓Ⅰ号可显著降低血铅和肝、肾铅含量,明显减轻肝、肾细胞的超微结构损害。说明中药复方银苓Ⅰ号对铅中毒小鼠肝、肾损害具有改善作用。
To study the protective effect of Yinling Ⅰ on damages to liver and kidney of lead - poisoned mice. The lead - poisoned mice were prepared by drinking water containing lead acetate, and the administration of Yinling Ⅰ or EDTANa2 Ca to lead - poisoned mice was performed. Lead content was detected in blood, hver and kidney. Ultrastructure of cell in liver and kidney were observed with transmission electron microscope. After the administration of Yinling Ⅰ , the lead content in blood, liver and kidney decreased remarkably, and the ultrastructure changes of cell in liver and kidney markedly diminished. Yinling Ⅰ may protect liver and kidney against damage induced by lead damages.
