输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段结石临床体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨应用经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析58例输尿管上段结石应用经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗的临床病例。结果输尿管镜1次性碎石成功率为94．8％（55／58），结石排尽时间5～33天，结石排尽率100％。术后12例出现尿路感染，无输尿管穿孔、黏膜撕脱、继发血尿等并发症。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段结石安全可靠、效果佳，结合ESWL能提高结石排尽率，值得临床推广应用。
