影响微波辅助萃取虎杖中白藜芦醇产率的一些重要操作参数 被引量:43

Effects of Operating Parameters on the Extraction of Resveratrol in Huzhang(Polygonum Cuspidatum)Using Microwave-Assisted Extraction

摘要 研究了溶剂类型以及萃取时间和温度、微波功率、虎杖颗粒大小和水分等主要操作参数对微波辅助萃取虎杖 (polygonumcuspidatum)中白黎芦醇 (Res)产率的影响。实验表明 :由于甲醇和丙酮具有较高的介电常数和损耗因子 ,是微波辅助萃取Res的最佳选择。微波辅助萃取温度和时间以及虎杖颗粒大小的影响较显著 ,其次为虎杖样品水分。微波功率在所实验范围内 (30 0~ 12 0 0W )基本无影响。最佳的萃取条件为 :温度80℃ ;时间 15min ;微波功率 80 0~ 90 0W ;虎杖颗粒大小为 0 .4 5~ 0 .30mm ;水分含量约为 2 0 %。 The effects of operating parameters: solvent type, microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) time and temperature, microwave power, sample particle size and moisture on the extraction of resveratrol in Huzhang (polygonum. cuspidatum) using MAE were studied. It is found that methanol and acetone are the optimal solvents for extracting resveratrol in Huzhang because of their high dielectric constants and dissipation factors. The effects of microwave extraction time and temperature, as well as the sample particle size on the yield of resveratrol are most significant, the sample moisture is the next. The effect of microwave power is insignificant within the examined power range of 300 similar to 1200 W. The optimum parameters are: extracting temperature 80 degreesC, extracting time 15 min; microwave power 800 similar to 900 W, particle size 0.30 similar to 0.45 mm, sample moisture similar to 20 %.
