摘要
目的了解大学一年级学生的心理健康状况,为开展大学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我校5799名大学新生心理健康状况进行调查。结果我校新生心理问题发生率为10%,主要表现为强迫、偏执、恐怖和精神病性等。强迫、焦虑、敌意、恐怖和精神病性因子均分显著高于国内青年组常模;除精神病性因子外,其他因子均低于大学生样本;大学新生各因子分性别、学院、文理科和民族之间存在显著差异;除人际关系敏感因子外,来源于乡镇大学生和城市学生在其他因子上没有差异。结论新生的心理健康状况总体良好,但也存在一些具体的问题,应重视大学新生的心理健康教育,改善他们的心理卫生状况,使他们尽快适应大学生活。
Objective To investigate the mental health of freshmen in agricultural university. Methods A total of 5579 freshmen of 2005 from agricultural University completed the SCL-90. Results There were 561 students who scored above 3 on one or more sub-scales. The most common mental health problems were compu lsion, interpersonal sensitivity, and paranoia. The total scores of tie psychological health except for the somatization and other factors are all higher than the national norm. Students from different colleges and major were found to be different in the mental health conditions. There was also significant gender and nation difference in mental health problems. Students from rural area are not difference who from urban and county except for interpersonal sensitivity. Conclusion The mental health state of the university students is optimistic, but there still exist some question, thus, the relation departments should attach importance to mental health education of freshmen and improve the conditions of freshmen mental health and lead a quickly adaption college life.
