摘要
研究DFT水培条件下生菜根系的耗氧规律。结果表明:在气温为(21±1)℃的条件下,用25W水泵循环40min后,水培箱中营养液的溶氧达到饱和点7.9mg/L;生菜根系白天的耗氧量远大于晚上的,晚上的耗氧量可以忽略不计;单株根系耗氧速率随着生菜叶面积的增大而增加;营养液开泵循环的间隔时间=(7.9-4.5)mg/L×营养液体积(/单株根系耗氧速率每箱栽培生菜株数),其中,单株根系的耗氧速率可以根据回归方程y=0.009x+0.1011(R2=0.9966)计算(X代表不同时期的叶面积,Y代表单株根系的耗氧速率)。
In this experiment,the consuming oxygen law of the roots about lettuce in DFT was studied,the conclusions are as follows:The density of the dissolved oxygen would reach saturation point:7.9mg/L,when the nutrition solution was circulated for 40 minutes by a water pump with the power of 25 W;The oxygen consumption capacity of the roots about lettuce in the day was more than that in the evening,Even the oxygen consumption in the evening can be neglected;The larger the leaf area is,the oxygen consumption velocity per plant is increasing with the leaf area ;The interval time of the water pump circulation =(7.9~4.5 ml/L)×the volume of the solution/(the oxygen consumption velocity per plant roots ×the number of the lettuces per box).Among them,the oxygen consumption velocity per plant can be calculated according to the regression equation:y=0.009 x+0.1011(R^2= 0.996 6),(x represents leaf area in different periods,y represents the oxygen consumption velocity per plant roots)
